On Saturday night we went down to Souwff London for John's Rotherhithe and Bermondsey Choral Society concert. It was really great! We could really hear John carrying the basses with his dulcet tones and were very proud. Angus and I used to sing with the R&B Choral Society when we were first in London and lived in New Cross in South East London. As such, we know a lot of the characters in the group (of whom there are MANY!!!) and are able to enjoy both the music and the subtext underlying the whole performance...perfect.
