Their icing is the most incredible whipped, sugary, butteriness imaginable and is slattered in the shape of a small mountain on each cupcake. I've tried a few times (too many times...too, too many times) to recreate the icing and have failed pretty supremely. It always tasted good but I can't get the super light, whipped consistency...I am starting to think they have the bakery equivalent of 'special sauce' in that kitchen of theirs. Cruel bastards!
