Our friends Aude and Alessandro invited us to stay with them at an intimate, agriturismo near Palau, Li Espi, where they've become regulars over the last three years. It is a glorious place. Hidden in the rolling hills of northern Sardinia, which are peppered by various cacti, succulents and other sandy soil vegetation, Li Espi is the perfect place to rest your head (after a 'tiring' day at the beach) and eat a fabulous meal of Sardinian specialties.
Sigh. A magic place and a magic time.
