All continues to go well!!! I really love being pregnant - I feel liberated and grounded all at once. Angus is an amazing partner and source of support and we are having fun planning stuff and waiting for kicks (he is as involved as could be and listens, very supportively, to every new discovery and complaint...)
Speaking of kicks, we were on the bus the other day and these kids were playing, what sounded like, Kanye West on their mobile phones, and our little dude started kicking like crazy! We were both pleased he dug some hip hop and hope he'll be equally as psyched with John, Paul, George, and Ringo, some Bartok, some Sufjan Stevens and everything else hard, soft, rock, roll, western, -ibily, scatty, and phatty in between...no pressure, no pressure. Rest assured we are playing much of our own music to him in hopes of one day becoming our own, hipper, incarnation of the Partridge family (or, maybe more like the Staple Singers!).
